Digital inclusion28 September 2026
As more services move online, people can be excluded for a lack of any one of four things: access to a device, reliable connectivity (Wi-Fi or mobile data), the digital skills to get things done, or the confidence to try.
Devices and connectivity are practical barriers. Many people share a single device across a household, or cannot rely on affordable internet at home. Skills and confidence are just as important: confidence is often the missing ingredient, and it grows when people are supported by someone they trust.
We help organisations understand which of these barriers matter most for the people they support, and build practical, sustainable ways to address them — not one-off interventions, but approaches that last.
